RETURNS

Please do not ship your return back without our authorization, as it will not be processed.

For any issues, Nina Hauzer will accept bags and shoes in their original condition for a refund only within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned products must also include the original box and dust bags, and must be completely unworn. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.  Nina Hauzer reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

Normally the return of the product to Nina Hauzer takes 1-2 weeks, but depending on the shipping destination’s customs officers, the Nina Hauzer product could be held by the border for up to a maximum of 10 weeks, Nina Hauzer is unable to offer a refund until the bag is safely returned to our logistics depot. Exchanges are nor accepted out of the EU.

Please follow the steps below to return your purchase:

1. Email us at online@ninahauzer.com to request a return

2. Confirm your shipping address for us to generate a pickup label.

3. Shipping for returns will be charged, all the costs related to the return will be deducted from the original payment and refund.

4. Please print out your pick up label and contact your DHL local office to make arrangements at your convenience.

5. Once we receive and examine the items, your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment.

On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Spain’s public holidays. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please keep your shipping note until you have received your refund.

If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

Most items are handmade, therefore they may come with minor flaws or variations in natural materials. Please consider this before purchase.

Nina Hauzer commits to selling only first-quality products. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by emailing us at online@ninahauzer.com
