For any issues, Nina Hauzer will accept bags and shoes in their original condition for a refund only within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned products must also include the original box and dust bags, and must be completely unworn. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and please note that we are unable to provide shipping labels or reimbursement for international returns. Nina Hauzer reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
Please note that it is important to ship international packages using standard shipping and your country’s local shipping carrier. For added safety, please ensure all packages with a tracking number.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Spain public holidays. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please keep your shipping note until you have received your refund.
If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.
DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
Most items are handmade, therefore they may come with minor flaws or variations in natural materials. Please take this into consideration prior to purchasing. At Nina Hauzer commit to selling only first-quality products. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped.
