FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We offer free express shipping worldwide. Please allow Nina Hauzer up to 5 business days to ship your order. You will receive an email letting you know that your order has shipped and also receive a tracking number. Internationally we ship using DHL (Delivery between 1-4 days depending on country). All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. Once an order has been shipped and email received, Nina Hauzer is no longer responsible for goods shipped.

PAYMENT, PRICING

We accept all major credit cards via Pay Pal. Your credit card will be charged immediately after you place your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For any issues with fit, Nina Hauzer will accept shoes and bags in their original condition for a refund only within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returned products must also include the original  box and dust bags, and must be completely unworn. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and please note that we are unable to provide shipping labels or reimbursement for international returns. Nina Hauzer reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

Most items are handmade, therefore they may come with minor flaws or variations in natural materials. Please take this into consideration prior to purchasing. At Nina Hauzer we are committed to selling only first-quality products. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email us at online@ninahauzer.com within 3 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund.
